Horchata With a Twist

MixChata was established in 2021 by Fernando Urbina, a Mexican-American student. Fernando was inspired by his mom's sweet and tasty horchata recipe that he grew up drinking. While he regularly had horchata in his home and in Mexican restaurants, Fernando noticed that almost no stores sold horchata in their fridges. Thus, Fernando sought to develop MixChata so that families everywhere could enjoy this traditional Mexican drink that he so much enjoys in their homes as well.
